What to Expect: This 15-minute phone consultation is simply a chance to connect, with no pressure or commitment; what’s bringing you to counselling, what sessions look like, and anything else you’d like to know.

Individual Counselling Session (Adults)
One-on-one 50-minute session: $140 per session
via secure video call
Billing & Insurance Coverage (direct billing will be available soon)
I offer direct billing for insurance providers that recognize Certified Canadian Counsellors (CCCs). If your provider allows direct billing for CCCs, I can submit claims on your behalf, reducing out-of-pocket costs.
To confirm if direct billing is available for you:
✔ Check with your insurance provider to see if they cover Certified Canadian Counsellors (CCPA members)
✔ Ask if they allow direct billing for CCCs
✔ If eligible, provide your insurance details before your first session
If your provider does not allow direct billing, I will provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement under your extended health benefits.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of your session fee.
